JOE MACCHI

COACH

Joe Macchi graduated from Mahopac High School in 2006 and went on to earn his Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from Springfield College in 2010. During his time at Springfield, Macchi achieved numerous accolades, including:

Captain of the lacrosse team (2010)
USILA All American (2010)
1st Team All-Conference (2010)
USILA North/South All-Star Game selection (2010)
He continued his education at Lehman College, where he received a Master's degree in Health Education in 2013.

Following his academic achievements, Macchi spent a year working with the English Lacrosse Association, contributing to the sport's growth overseas. He then joined the Lakeland Central School District as a Physical Education teacher in 2012, a role he continues to excel in. His coaching career at Lakeland Panas includes:

Head Coach of Lakeland Panas JV (2012-2015)
Varsity Assistant Coach (2016-2022)
Head Coach of Lakeland Panas Varsity (2023-Present)
New Role at Predators Lacrosse:

In his new role as Director of Preds North, Joe Macchi will oversee the development and execution of the program, focusing on enhancing player skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting sportsmanship. His extensive background in education and coaching will be instrumental in driving the success of Preds North.

KEEGAN DOLLER

COACH

Keegan is a Content Creator and the Director of the Predators Lacrosse Social Media. He graduated from SUNY Geneseo in 2023 where he played 3 years of lacrosse. Keegan played high school lacrosse at Yorktown where he was a two year starter and received all section honors. He was also selected to the all star roster at Maverik Showtime.

2033Curriculum

· Fall, spring, and summer practices are held in northern westchester
· 2 paid coaches per team
· 50 Preds events throughout the year with the option to purchase an additional 24 winter sessions.

Fall
· 7 Sunday morning team practices
· 14 weekday skills training sessions
· 2 tournaments

Winter (A LA CARTE OPTION)
· 24 skills training/workout sessions

Spring
· 7 player development skills training sessions
· 1 tournament

Summer
· 12-15 weekday team practices
· 4 tournaments
